# Manage Title Lifecycle

  
Once a title exists, these APIs help you track and manage it through every stage that follows. From monitoring status changes to handling lien payoffs, digitizing custody, and processing refinances, these APIs give you visibility and control over titles after origination through final release. Use them to stay informed of changes in real time, automate document-heavy processes, and maintain a clear chain of ownership across state conversions.

**Account Setup**  
To manage account details — including the users and locations to which you have access — use the [Account Administration](https://developer-stage.vitu.com/api-catalog/sandbox/setup-and-maintain) capabilities. These APIs allow you to view and maintain user and location access associated with your account independently of any specific product integration.

Additional Registration Required

The Lien Add product requires the Multi-State and Registration Fee Estimator products to be registered to the same application. Add all three products to your application in the Developer Portal before making calls — Lien Add endpoints will fail without them.
