Setup & Dependencies

Account Setup
To manage account details — including the users and locations to which you have access — use the Account Administration capabilities. These APIs allow you to view and maintain user and location access associated with your account independently of any specific product integration.

Product Access Requirements
Some products — including state Electronic Vehicle Title & Registration and Motor Vehicle Record inquiry APIs — carry additional state program requirements. Before requesting Stage or Production access, please check the Access Requirements matrix for the product(s) you’re selecting to confirm your organization meets them.

For Sandbox Only:

If you are integrating with any state's EVR product, you must also register the Multi-State product to your application. State EVR endpoints will fail without it.

Stage and Production do not require this step. We will automatically register the Multi-State product to your application upon approval.
